Job Overview

• SGK is a global packaging and brand experience company, delivering packaging solutions and brand experiences that amplify brands and simplify marketing.
• The Creative/Tech Design Intern provides administrative support to the Brand Experience team and assists with special publication projects such as catalogs, direct mail, html, and web design.
• This internship provides an opportunity to learn about various creative and tech design functions while working on diverse projects and interacting with professionals in the field.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations of the Brand Experience department, gaining a general understanding of all aspects of administration in building brand and marketing functions, including policies, procedures, and processes.
• Assists in the creation and development of various marketing materials.
• Provides assistance with special projects as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program in a Marketing/Adaptive Design related field at a recognized college or university.
• High/basic degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications.
• Strong/basic analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
• Strong/basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid/basic understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and clients.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
