Bottega Veneta is seeking a Retail Training Intern to join our dynamic team in New York. This opportunity will provide valuable experience within a luxury brand and support your future career. As a Retail Training Intern, you will work with our Training team to develop and execute initiatives in support of our retail locations in the AMER region.

Compensation

Salary- New York: $15.00/hr.

Responsibilities

As a Retail Training Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development of new retail training program initiatives
• Adapting local training to align with cultural differences and local needs while following global brand guidelines
• Coordinating in-store induction and immersion programs for new retail employees
• Assisting with the organization of the yearly training calendar
• Managing travel arrangements for trainees attending training initiatives
• Monitoring and reporting on mystery shopping results and store action plans
• Providing weekly E-learning completion reports and support to stores
• Generating monthly training reports
• Collecting store feedback, best practices, and training opportunities
• Maintaining the training tools platform with up-to-date materials and activities

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proactive approach and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong proficiency in PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn
• Must be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship
