L.E.A.D Internship Program - Document Development and Editing

Strongsville, Ohio
Job Overview
- Full-time internship program during the 3-month summer
- Work alongside the training team to develop and edit training documents
- Focus on grammar, spelling, punctuation, and high attention to detail
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Participate in weekly training huddle meetings
- Assist with various communications and document management tasks
Compensation
- Competitive compensation for the duration of the internship
Responsibilities
- Develop and edit world-class training documents for Partners nationwide
- Collaborate with department managers and Subject Matter Experts
- Create, format, and track guides, checklists, and reference documents
- Assist in creating monthly bulletins and company-wide communications
- Conduct document audits for quality control
- General document management and change management
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in creating and editing documents, flyers, or other communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in phone, email, chat, and screen-sharing etiquette
- Positive attitude, optimistic outlook, and team-player mentality
- Quick to learn new technologies and applications
- Willingness to learn and train independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe products, including Word, Excel, and Acrobat
