Job Overview
At Cooper University Health Care, our Enterprise Analytics team leverages existing data resources to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights to business leaders. As an intern, you will partner with the team on various data analysis and visualization projects in the healthcare delivery industry. This internship will allow you to work on real-world problems, sharpen your skills in data analysis and advanced analytics, and gain valuable experience in project delivery.
Compensation
- Competitive pay
- Flexible schedule, up to 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Analytics team on data analysis and visualization projects
- Work with business leaders to define problems and communicate outcomes
- Participate in the entire project lifecycle
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field with a GPA of at least 3.4
- Highly proficient in Tableau version 2018.x or 2019.x for data visualization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with advanced analytical tools (SQL/R/Python) is preferred
- Passionate about using data to inform decision making
- Curious and skilled in researching and solving complex data and business analytics problems
- Quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States of America
