Job Overview

Bridge Investment Group is hiring rising senior Summer Analysts for our senior housing investment internship in Orlando, Florida. This program provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to one of the fastest-growing global real estate investment management firms. As a Summer Analyst, you will learn about the acquisition/investment process within Senior Living and Memory Care assets. You will also have the chance to take the lead and contribute to assigned vertical-specific projects, working closely with senior management and other interns on company-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the acquisition/investment process within Senior Living and Memory Care assets
  • Contribute to assigned vertical-specific projects, working closely with senior management
  • Collaborate with other interns on company-wide initiatives
  • Maintain effective communication with team members
  • Take the lead on assigned tasks and projects
  • Provide support in various areas of the business as needed

Requirements

  • Desire to excel within private equity real estate
  • Minimum 3.5 GPA or equivalent
  • Excellent oral communication skills and interest in client service
  • Self-starter with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and a keen sense of urgency
  • Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Passion for learning and growth with a mindset that no task is too small
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work onsite for the duration of the program
