Compensation
- Hourly rate between $26.00 and $27.00 depending on relevant factors, including major and year of study
Responsibilities
- Provide reporting and analytical support for clinical, digital, and provider-focused solutions
- Utilize pharmacy, medical, and lab data to gather insights on population health and product performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the product analytics department
- Lead assigned key projects related to biosimilar utilization trends, specialty pipeline drugs overview, and genomic testing utilization rates
Requirements
- Rising junior or senior working towards a Bachelor's degree
- Preferred majors include Public Health, Healthcare Policy, Biomedical Informatics, Health Information, or related field
- GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and SQL
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and acquire new skills
