Are you a savvy social media enthusiast with a passion for creating engaging digital content? Do you have a knack for building and managing online communities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing our social media strategy, creating compelling content, and growing our online presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand's vision and goals
  • Create and curate engaging content optimized for each social media platform, including written posts, graphics, videos, and GIFs
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with our audience
  • Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and provide insights and reports on the performance of our social media campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content is aligned with broader marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
  • Identify and engage with influencers and key industry figures to expand our reach
  • Monitor and manage online reputation and respond to any negative feedback or customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Continually explore new opportunities for growth and improvement in our social media presence

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends
  • Creativity in developing engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with followers, influencers, and team members
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive strategy and measure success
  • Solid understanding of SEO and content optimization best practices for social media
  • Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social media advertising and managing paid campaigns is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
