Job Overview

NTT DATA Services is seeking an Entry Level Business and Technology Strategy Consultant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a consultant, you will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, helping clients transform their businesses, strengthen their competitive position, and solve their most pressing problems. This position offers exposure to senior leaders, a start-up atmosphere, and the support of a stable, global company. Each project presents unique opportunities for learning and advancement.

Compensation

This is a full-time salaried position and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that begins on your first day of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project leaders in defining and executing work needed on engagements
  • Conduct or support activities such as market research, stakeholder interviews, and requirements elicitation
  • Contribute to project deliverables and manage work to completion
  • Establish working relationships with your team and gain an understanding of consulting projects and common challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a graduation date by July 2024
  • 1+ year(s) of experience using tools in the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop solutions
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel
