Responsibilities
- Gain exposure and knowledge of healthcare finance systems, analytics, and tasks.
- Collaborate with Financial Analysts in providing analysis related to revenue, volume, and expenses.
- Assist Finance Team in reconciling supply and drug costs.
- Contribute to decision support analytics.
- Compile and prepare monthly financial reports accurately.
- Learn revenue and cash reports through Mercys Epic.
- Develop monthly and year-end financial projections and forecasts.
- Provide monthly analytical support to department managers.
- Assist Finance Manager in special projects.
