Job Overview

Procter & Gamble (P&G) is seeking a highly motivated leader who will make a difference in the lives of others by improving the lives of customers through innovative products. In this role, you will provide engineering leadership and support to P&G's site via technical mastery and site-specific coaching. Your responsibilities will include leading various action plan focus items and implementing innovative programs to keep P&G as the top producer of consumer goods in the world.

Compensation

  • Position range: $46k - $95k per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering leadership and support to P&G's site
  • Coordinate and execute specific project activities, varying from Product Technologies to Engineering Core Competencies
  • Apply technical leadership skills to deliver successful initiatives
  • Integrate science, technology, engineering, and capability to deliver improved processes, equipment, and systems

Requirements

  • Must have received an offer to return as a full-time employee at the end of the 2023 internship
