Job Overview
As a Warranty Intern at Pierce Manufacturing, you will be responsible for addressing systemic warranty issues and implementing solutions to improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various teams and suppliers to analyze warranty data, identify trends, and determine the root cause of defects. Through a structured problem-solving process, you will contribute to reducing warranty costs and improving product quality.

Responsibilities
- Design and re-engineer processes to meet safety, quality, and business expectations
- Analyze warranty data, identify issues, and determine root cause
- Collaborate with employee teams, platform teams, suppliers, dealers, and managers
- Implement solutions to warranty-related issues
- Consult with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
- Assist in coordinating and evaluating testing of vehicle components
- Provide technical assistance during solution implementation
- Prepare product support bulletins documenting solutions
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
- Must be enrolled in an internship program throughout the entire duration
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous internship experience or work-related experience is preferred
