Menards is offering a Management Internship program designed to provide hands-on training and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management. As a Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team and gain valuable skills to excel in the retail industry.

Responsibilities
- Participate in a 12-week training program
- Work closely with General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members
- Develop a deep understanding of our business operations
- Prepare for future management roles
- Gain hands-on management experience

- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Passion for retail industry
- Willingness to learn and grow
