Job Overview

P&G is seeking a highly motivated leader to provide engineering leadership and support at our Cincinnati site. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of customers through innovative product offerings. As a key player in keeping P&G at the forefront of consumer goods, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing specific project activities and delivering improved processes, equipment, and systems.

Compensation

  • Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 / year

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of projects from day 1 and handle specific project responsibilities
  • Receive continuous mentorship from passionate individuals and work on a diverse range of interesting problems
  • Promote agility, work/life effectiveness, and long-term well-being

Requirements

  • Must have received offer to return as a full-time employee at the end of the 2023 internship
