- The Global Technology (Virtual Capability) Internship offers practical work experience in various areas of Global Technology
- This program helps build a pipeline of candidates for future permanent openings at Goodyear
- Interns have the opportunity to meet and interact with students from different universities, go on facility tours, and hear from Goodyear leaders
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Support development of advanced virtual simulation tools for tire product development and manufacturing process
- Develop and enhance models and methods for virtual tools using a variety of physics and data-based approaches
- Assist in Data Engineering efforts to leverage data from simulations for machine learning predictions
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineer, or a relevant field
- Minimum 3.0 overall GPA required
- Prior engineering co-op/internship experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
- Technical experience in mechanics of materials, finite element methods, programming and scripting in C++ or Python, and some exposure to Data Science
