Job Overview

Assist HSA/IRA Specialist and gain exposure to the Relationship Banking department while working on IRA and HSA related projects for Market 16 and Market 24.


Part Time - Temporary, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (20 hours/week)


  • Work closely with the HSA/IRA Specialist on various projects such as IRA Required Minimum Distribution, converting IRA contracts to electronic files, assisting with IRA exception reports, and coordinating HSA Benefit Meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives.


  • Develop and expand technical, communication, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reports and documentation is required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Basic clerical skills needed (Word, Excel, printer, fax copy).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
