Sysco is seeking a Business Analyst Technology Intern to join our team. As the global leader in selling, marketing, and distributing food products, Sysco offers a paid 10-week summer internship program that provides participants with real-world experiences in a Fortune 100 company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects and challenges, gaining valuable skills and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
- Capture and analyze business processes to assess the impact of potential changes
- Communicate business needs and functional requirements to the team
- Develop and plan user test scripts based on business requirements
- Support product documentation, including tracking requirements and updating training materials
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews to ensure team commitments are met
- Conduct research on business needs and technical systems to identify solutions
- Communicate progress and provide feedback to ensure business needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies
Requirements
- Enrolled at an accredited University as an Undergraduate (rising junior, rising senior, or recent graduate) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong academic credentials with a minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in business and technical requirements analysis, preferably using agile methodologies
- Basic understanding of agile development techniques, such as Scrum, Lean, XP, and Kanban
- Demonstrated customer-focus, results-orientation, and ability to translate business problems into technical requirements
- Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
