AArete is seeking organized, motivated individuals to join our experienced consulting team as Consulting Interns. As an Intern at AArete, you will have the opportunity to directly impact team and client objectives while fostering personal growth. We work with clients in healthcare, financial services, retail, and other industries.

Compensation

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovative solutions
  • Work on a pro-bono consulting project to improve operational efficiency for a non-profit organization
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and SQL for data analysis
  • Prepare deliverables for project review
  • Solve real-world problems for clients
  • Understand client-specific context

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student entering either their 3rd year of a 4-year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5-year program (Spring 2025 Grad)
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
  • Interested in a career in consulting
  • Passion for learning and staying up to date with industry trends and technologies
  • Effective in both independent and group settings
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SQL
  • Must be able to spend the summer in our downtown Chicago office
