Responsibilities

  • Work on real projects with a focus on process improvements in flow planning for finished products, raw materials, and finishing supplies, space utilization and optimization analysis, or warehouse operations systems analysis.
  • Contribute meaningfully to the overall strategic business goals of Kimberly-Clark.
  • Be treated and respected as a valuable contributor with your own responsibilities and accountabilities.
  • Receive performance evaluations to gauge your strengths and measure areas of improvement.

Requirements

  • Completed 2-3 years toward a four-year college degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics Management, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA preferred (transcripts will be requested).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • High degree of analytical skill required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Experience with Power BI/Query, Tableau, and advanced Excel skills preferred.
