Job Overview

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects and gain valuable experience in areas such as flow planning, warehouse operations, and space utilization. This is a chance to contribute to the overall strategic goals of Kimberly-Clark and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to drive process improvements in flow planning for finished products, raw materials, and finishing supplies
- Analyze and optimize warehouse operations systems
- Contribute to space utilization and optimization analysis
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and accountabilities
- Participate in performance evaluations to receive professional feedback
Requirements
- Completed 2-3 years toward a four-year college degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics Management, Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA preferred
- Solid knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Preferred: Experience with Power BI/Query, Tableau; Advanced Excel skills
