Responsibilities
- Learn and execute meaningful work engagements in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Implementations, Business System Integration, and Business Process Improvement.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals across industries.
- Engage directly with a variety of clients.
- Learn from mentors and networking activities.
- Participate in a weeklong developmental intern orientation.
- Contribute to an experiential learning project with staff supervisory support.
Requirements
- Enrolled as a full-time student during the 2023/2024 school year in Accounting, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or similar degree.
- Availability to begin full-time employment in 2025.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as solid Microsoft Suite skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display ethical knowledge, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written/verbal communications and collaboration skills.
- Outstanding academic performance.
- Relevant internship, work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization.
