Job Overview
The Human Resources (HR) Intern will provide support for various HR-related tasks and projects, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and team member engagement.

Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring, new hire orientation, and onboarding of new team members
- Support HR Business Partners with investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on special HR projects
- Promote the use of tools and technologies to improve HR efficiency
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous internship experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Works well independently and in a team setting
- Exposure to HR disciplines and policies preferred
