Job Overview

Kech Development is seeking a bright, driven, and savvy Junior Real Estate Equity Analyst. This role requires a dynamic personality with the ability to inspire confidence in senior leadership. Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation and listening skills, are important. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to professionally and diplomatically communicate with all levels of management and applicants. This is a full-time, part-time, or internship position.

Compensation

  • Pay: $16 - $20 an hour
  • Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
  • Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Manage constantly growing and changing interview/intern calendar
  • Initiate and manage full-cycle communication
  • Ability to effectively manage a high volume of candidates
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams
  • Ability to maintain composure and character in high-pressure situations
  • Mature, logical, strategic, polished, nuanced, quick-learner individuals

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Financial Analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Work Location: In person
