Job Overview
CNA's Cybersecurity team is seeking interns to join their Technology Internship Program. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on hands-on cybersecurity projects and develop controls to protect CNA's environment. You will also gain experience in assessing cybersecurity risks and advising the business on potential concerns. As an intern, you will have a dedicated manager and mentor to guide you throughout the program, as well as opportunities to meet with senior leadership and learn from their experiences in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
- Research and assess emergent cybersecurity threats
- Learn about industry-leading cybersecurity tools, controls, and protections
- Partner with experienced cybersecurity leaders on information security reviews
- Assist in investigating and resolving information security incidents
- Conduct reputational checks utilizing analysis tools
- Employ risk assessment practices to understand the potential impact of IT projects and changes
Requirements
- Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduate or in the first year of a Master's program
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physical/Life Sciences, or a related field
- Knowledge of Information Security, Application Security, Systems and Network Architecture
- Ability to research and analyze technical concepts
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and embrace change
