Job Overview
As an intern at FORVIS, you will gain valuable experience in audit or tax, helping you determine your career path. You will work on client engagements, gaining exposure to various industries and developing your technical skills. Working alongside senior staff and management, you will learn from their expertise.

Responsibilities
- Reconcile account differences and analyze financial data with client personnel
- Prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, or other entities
- Calculate tax extension or estimate payments
- Participate in client meetings with FORVIS partners and managers
Requirements
- Solid technical accounting knowledge
- Effective time management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, preferred
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to take initiative
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Working towards an accounting degree and CPA exam eligibility
