Join Hitachi Energy as an Employer Brand Human Resources (HR) Intern and support the Global Employer Brand Lead in activities such as branding, recruitment marketing, employee advocacy, and university relations initiatives. As part of this internship, you will contribute to positioning Hitachi Energy as the leading employer in the energy sector. Gain valuable skills in human resources, employer brand, stakeholder management, strategy development, and global ways of working. Responsibilities

  • Learn foundational human resources and employer brand skills for your future career
  • Provide project support for global Employer Brand strategies, including branding, recruitment marketing, employee advocacy, and university relations
  • Analyze relevant data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct audits to assess current practices, perform competitor analysis, and offer suggestions for enhancement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from around the world to learn and grow
  • Opportunity to engage in broader talent and learning initiatives outside of the Employer Brand scope for a more comprehensive learning experience
  • Bring creativity and stay up to date with Human Resources best practices

Requirements

  • Higher education (at least Bachelor's degree) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Project management experience through university or internship
  • Ability to analyze, understand, bundle, and prioritize requests
  • Data-driven mindset and approach to work
  • Strong commitment to incorporating Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in your professional endeavors
  • Passion and energy to contribute to a sustainable energy future for all
