Job Overview

  • Technology Center Germany is seeking an intern to aid in the establishment of an Internal Communication and Information platform.
  • As an intern, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creative thinking and IT design skills by developing a Share Point portal to support the Technology Center teams.
  • The multifunctional site will store information on current activities, team engagement, general news, organization structure, and interfaces with various processes.

  • Full-time internship position

Responsibilities

  • Collect all relevant data and information to be presented in the portal.
  • Familiarize yourself with Technology Center practices and processes to understand the need for information and communication.
  • Propose a portal architecture based on Microsoft tools such as Share Point, Lists, Power BI, Forms, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Develop a structure for information storage and access rights.
  • Create a complete portal in a user-friendly and visually appealing manner.
  • Ensure coherence with Hitachi Energy brand guidelines by collaborating with the branding team.
  • Welcome proposals for communication channels and automated process flows.

Requirements

  • Studies in Business Communications, Computer Science, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Experience in administration and content creation in Microsoft Share Point.
  • Advantageous: Report creation and programming in Power BI or Power Automate.
  • Advantageous: Experience in Business Communications.
  • Advantageous: Familiarity with multiple MS Office applications such as Lists and MS Forms, and their interconnections.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to formulate newsletters and independently propose descriptions and content within the communications portal.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
