Are you a current or recent college student wanting to make a leap into your future as an HR professional? Ziff Tech Group is seeking a Human Resources Intern who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. This paid internship offers hands-on experience with a global team of HR professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare slide decks for various HR initiatives, such as New Hire Orientations, Trainings, Leadership meetings, and HR All Hands meetings
  • Create pulse surveys for employees to gauge engagement and satisfaction
  • Analyze data pulled from surveys and HRIS systems for various initiatives & create ppts of resulting themes for HR team to use across the organization
  • Assist the talent acquisition team in setting up Recruiter folders, candidate sourcing, posting jobs on external careers sites, editing/writing job descriptions, and other administrative tasks
  • Use creative software, like Canva, to create engaging visuals for internal and external distribution
  • Update internal Google Site (intranet) with HR Updates, announcements, event information, etc.
  • Reconcile lists of employees for tracking training status or completion of HR related tasks
  • Communicate across business units and departments for HR alignment
  • Work with other members of the team on projects as needed

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to be self-sufficient and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Creativity in problem-solving
  • Skilled user in Powerpoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets, and Canva
  • Adaptable to quick change and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work among a global team in different time zones and cultural backgrounds
