Job Overview

The Guidehouse Internship Program offers a 10-week experience in the Summer of 2024, providing interns with real-world projects and a meaningful consulting experience. As an intern, you will work with teams and deliver real-time solutions to support our clients. Each intern will be paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource throughout their Guidehouse experience. Highlights of our Internship Program include learning and development sessions, performance management, networking events, and staffing on active Guidehouse projects.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $39,100.00-$70,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on factors such as skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in real-world projects and provide deliverables in support of clients
  • Work with teams to solve business and technology problems
  • Collaborate with a Buddy for guidance and support
  • Attend learning and development sessions
  • Engage in networking and social activities
  • Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives
  • Speak at the Intern Speaker Series
  • Be staffed on active Guidehouse projects

Requirements

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years
  • Minimum Degree Status: Must still be enrolled in an accredited graduate or undergraduate level degree program and graduate between Fall 2024 and Summer 2025
  • Ability to accommodate an expected Summer 2024 start date
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the country
  • No current or future sponsorship available
