Job Overview
Bank of America is offering a Global Risk Summer Analyst Program for college students. This program will introduce you to Bank of America and the Global Risk Management (GRM) group. As a Summer Analyst, you will have the opportunity to build upon your academic foundation and gain technical skills, industry knowledge, and familiarity with a corporate environment. Your development is our top priority, and we will provide on-the-job support, mentorship, and various learning opportunities throughout the program.

During this 10-week internship, you will be placed on one team where your primary responsibilities may include:
- Implementing and maintaining risk management principles and policies
- Analyzing and reviewing market movements
- Presenting regulatory and reputational advice to senior leaders
- Networking with risk executives and key stakeholders
- Promoting a culture of responsible growth
Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
- Graduation timeframe between December 2024 and June 2025
- Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Common areas of study include Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Public Policy, Economics, Compliance, Business Administration, Political Science/Legal, Mathematics, or other related fields
- Strong academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office
- Proficiencies in leadership, teamwork, problem solving & analytical skills, verbal and written communication, and professionalism
