Job Overview
Bank of America is offering an exciting opportunity for college students interested in finance. As a Finance Management Summer Analyst, you will join the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Group and gain valuable experience in financial management, analysis, and planning. This 10-week internship program will provide extensive training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to enhance your skills and prepare you for a successful career in finance.

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Forecast financial and non-financial trends
- Develop models and perform financial analysis
- Support internal planning and management accounting functions
- Present financial data and analysis to business partners
- Evaluate opportunities for process improvements
- Network with finance executives and key stakeholders
- Support one of the teams within the CFO Group
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Be pursuing an undergraduate degree or a Master of Accountancy
- Have a graduation timeframe between December 2024 and June 2025
- Preferably have a GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Possess strong academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
