Responsibilities
- Assist in developing conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs
- Attend site inspections, investigations, and monitoring activities
- Actively participate in project, client, and team meetings
- Review, prepare, and modify designs
- Analyze reports, specifications, and studies
- Gain exposure to project, commercial, and client management
- Undertake a digital approach in deliverables
- Actively participate in our Early Careers Professionals Network
- Support our company's purpose in everything you do
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in civil or structural engineering from an accredited university
- Demonstrable interest in structural projects through relevant experience (e.g., internships, volunteering, association memberships)
- Methodical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant technologies such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, etc.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) preferred
