AWS HR Leadership Development Program Intern
Job Location
Seattle, WA
Job Overview
- Full-time (40 hours/week) internship for 12 consecutive weeks between June 3-August 23, 2024
- Application review for interviewing will begin on September 25, 2023
- Internship based in Seattle
Compensation
- Base pay ranges from $56.25/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $92.98/hr in our highest geographic market
- Pay is based on factors such as market location, knowledge, skills, and experience
- Additional compensation may be provided, including equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits
Responsibilities
- Drive people strategies in partnership with senior business leaders
- Develop strategic programs to address critical business priorities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an MBA or master's degree program focused on human resources or a related field, with a graduation conferral date between December 2024 and September 2025
- 3+ years of relevant full-time industry or military experience between the conferral date from your undergraduate program and the start of your MBA or master's program
- HR experience in a global or matrixed organization
- Business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels, including senior leaders and managers
- Experience in Project/Program Management
