Job Overview

Perry Homes, one of the top Homebuilders in Texas, is seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist Intern to join their team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain valuable skills and collaborate with a fun team in a supportive environment.

Compensation

  • Part-Time position
  • June 3 - August 9, 2024
  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Business Partner and HR Generalist with various projects
  • Shadow and support HR Center of Excellence groups, including Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Benefits
  • Provide administrative support for other Human Resource projects as assigned
  • Comply with all policies in the Employee Handbook

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Current enrollment in university
  • Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
