Job Overview

As a Software Developer Intern at SteelFab, you will gain valuable experience in the construction industry. Working alongside our Software Development and Engineering teams, you will contribute to various projects and expand your skills. This internship offers the opportunity to:

  • Perform full-stack development and support for engineering design applications
  • Develop and support plugins for various software platforms
  • Maintain and control versions of highly customized 3D modeling software
  • Provide technical support and customized solutions for end users
  • Conduct testing, research, and development for system updates and internal improvements
  • Manage 3D model file translations between software platforms
  • Develop and maintain user guide documentation
  • Assist with other duties assigned by management

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: Sophomore
  • Major: Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil, or Systems Engineering
  • Programming experience or training for .NET environments (C#, C++, VB)
  • Aptitude for computer and technology systems in a Windows-based environment
