Job Overview
The Northeast Monarchs Inc. is seeking a dedicated High School Baseball Assistant Coach to join our team. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop young athletes, helping them reach their full potential on and off the field.
Compensation
- Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
- Job Type: Part-time, Contract, Internship
Responsibilities
- Assist in coaching and training high school baseball players
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture
- Develop practice plans and organize team activities
- Attend games and tournaments as required
Requirements
- 2 years of playing experience in college or professional baseball
- 1 year of coaching experience in baseball
- Ability to work in person at the designated location
- Must have a car or reliable transportation for travel
