Job Overview
M/E Engineering is currently offering a paid internship for an Electrical Co-op/CAD Operator position in our Rochester, NY office. This position is open to individuals pursuing an Electrical Engineering Degree. Join our team and gain valuable experience in the field!
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $18 - $20
Responsibilities
- Perform computer-aided design (CAD) tasks under the supervision of CAD Operator, Designer, or Engineer
- Carry out assignments and apply standard techniques and procedures
- Receive close supervision for new aspects of assignments
- Prepare drawings, sketches, and layouts following established procedures
- Input mechanical and/or electrical work from freehand sketches
- File blueprints, catalogs, etc.
Requirements
- High School or Technical School Training
- Must be pursuing an Electrical Engineering Degree
