Web Design - Part Time Paid Internship

Job Location

Honolulu

Job Overview

  • Seeking an enthusiastic individual who is looking for an advanced career in web design
  • Primary focus is design, marketing, and writing with basic HTML and CSS skills
  • Position is 8-10 hours per week to start, with potential for expansion
  • Looking for individuals interested in a future permanent position with the company
  • Pay starts at $20/hr, depending on experience
  • This position is not remote and requires travel to the Punch Bowl area
  • Training will be provided, but self or school learning is expected
  • Non-Compete agreement will be required
  • Initial payment will be as a 1099 contractor, with potential for part-time or full-time employment later

Compensation

  • $20/hr

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintenance of websites
  • Basic coding (HTML and CSS)
  • Marketing and writing tasks
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop
  • Graphic design skills
  • Typography knowledge
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO
  • Social media management experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Hardworking and efficient
  • Ability to take initiative and follow directions
  • Excellent work ethic
