Job Overview

This position is for a 10-week Summer Internship. The Consumer and Business Banking Summer Intern will support our Branch Operations Process and Strategy Team within Consumer and Digital Transformation. This 2024 Summer Internship is for undergraduate students who have an anticipated graduation date between December 2024 and May 2025. The application deadline for this position is December 3, 2023. Responsibilities

  • Support our Branch Operations Process and Strategy Team with projects such as:
    • Quality Control Review for Customer Identification Program / Customer Due Diligence
    • Risk and Control Self Assessment and Control Monitoring
    • Maintain discretion with working with restricted or nonpublic information
    • Ability to manage and safeguard secure data to uphold regulatory standards
    • Any additional Projects in the pipeline at that time

Requirements

  • An undergraduate student with an expected graduation date between Fall 2024 - Spring 2025
  • Major in Business or related field
  • A cumulative GPA or 3.0 or above
  • Familiarity with banking a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced market environment
  • Solid professional and personal work ethic
  • Ability to work independently on special projects
  • Ability to work in an environment that supports employees from all backgrounds and fosters an environment of inclusion.
