- We offer personalized music playlists, exclusive podcasts, concert livestreams, and artist merch.
- Our service has different tiers:
- Prime members have access to music in shuffle mode and top ad-free podcasts.
- Customers can upgrade to Amazon Music Unlimited for unlimited, on-demand access to 100 million songs.
- Anyone can listen for free by downloading the Amazon Music app or using Alexa-enabled devices.
- Join us to influence how Amazon Music engages fans, artists, and creators globally.
Compensation
- Base pay: $134,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market.
- Total compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits.
Responsibilities
- Work with engineering teams to create engaging experiences in client applications.
- Develop large-scale solutions for voice and visual experiences.
- Coach other engineers, develop engineering processes, and encourage excellence within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
- Experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
