    • Prime members have access to music in shuffle mode and top ad-free podcasts.
    • Customers can upgrade to Amazon Music Unlimited for unlimited, on-demand access to 100 million songs.
    • Anyone can listen for free by downloading the Amazon Music app or using Alexa-enabled devices.

Compensation

  • Base pay: $134,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market.
  • Total compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Work with engineering teams to create engaging experiences in client applications.
  • Develop large-scale solutions for voice and visual experiences.
  • Coach other engineers, develop engineering processes, and encourage excellence within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
  • Experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
