Job Overview
Join ASM Global's Human Resources team as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Intern. Gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and diversity initiatives while contributing to the company's mission of delivering exceptional entertainment experiences worldwide.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate
Responsibilities
- Project management for various DEI initiatives, programs, and events
- Contribute to talent acquisition efforts with a DEI focus
- Collaborate with the Human Resources and TA team on recruiting and marketing efforts
- Creatively produce content aligned with company and team DEI initiatives
- Contribute to the company Newsletter and perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Work on visuals such as graphics, layouts, and fonts before sending to development
Requirements
- Completion of undergraduate sophomore or junior year at an undergraduate college or university, preferably in Marketing or Business
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Creative mindset, detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates a desire to grow, learn, and develop professionally
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Able to work in a collaborative environment
