Job Overview

- 11-week summer internship program
- Cultivate meaningful relationships and develop strong interpersonal and business skills
- Gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a Fortune 40 media and technology company

Compensation
- Base Pay: $32.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Be part of discussions with users, understand requirements for customer onboarding to an ITSM platform
- Get involved in end-to-end program and stakeholder management
- Analyze intake/onboarding requests, including data analysis and impact assessment
- Work with UX team and develop wireframes as needed
- Plan user stories for iterations/sprints
- Develop detailed documentation for onboarding and new features
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university
- Rising Junior or Rising Senior with an anticipated graduation date of December 2024, Spring 2025, December 2025, or Spring 2026
- Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting. Internship roles will be office-based with no virtual offerings.
- Preferred GPA: 3.0 (candidates will be evaluated on overall skills, education, and experience)
