Job Overview

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Summer 2024 Intern Publications Coordinator within our Proposal Operations Creative Services team. In this role, you will provide document formatting and file preparation support for assigned deliverables, ensuring compliance to project-specific guidelines from customers, as well as other Publications or Creative Services support services as required, such as Microsoft Office troubleshooting. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of document design/layout and the Microsoft Office suite. Must be a US Citizen.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $20,904 - $67,288. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide document formatting and file preparation support for assigned deliverables
  • Ensure compliance to project-specific guidelines from customers
  • Provide support services related to Publications or Creative Services
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Office issues

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited degree program in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Art, Graphic Design, Finance, English, Journalism, Economics, Management, or another related degree program
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Must be a US Citizen
