Job Overview

The Guidehouse Internship Program offers college students a valuable consulting experience by working on real-world projects and immersing themselves in the Guidehouse culture. As an intern, you will collaborate with teams, provide deliverables to clients, and gain hands-on experience. You will also be paired with a Buddy who will guide you through your internship journey.

Highlights of the Guidehouse Internship Program include:

  • 10-week summer experience in 2024 (Anticipated dates: June 3rd - August 9th)
  • Learning & Development Sessions (both E-learning & Instructor-Led)
  • Performance management with Mid-Point and Final Evaluations
  • Networking & Social Activities and Events
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern Event
  • Intern Speaker Series
  • Collaborative Group Projects

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $39,100.00-$70,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on various factors such as skill sets, experience, and training.

Responsibilities

As an Intern Research Associate at Guidehouse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Authoring research reports, briefs, and articles for industry publications
  • Creating quantitative models and forecasts
  • Interacting with clients and the press
  • Delivering presentations
  • Contributing to consulting engagements
  • Collecting, synthesizing, and translating information on market trends
  • Supporting research reports and professional literature
  • Performing secondary research and information aggregation

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you will need:

  • 0 years of experience
  • Graduating with an undergraduate or advanced degree between Fall 2024 and Summer 2025
  • Authorization to work in the country

What Would Be Nice To Have

The following qualifications and skills would be beneficial:

  • Degree/Majors Preferred: environmental science, sustainability, business, economics, engineering, or related majors
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Solid quantitative analysis abilities
  • Strong secondary research and information discovery skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience dealing with clients and delivering high-quality client service
  • Technology market research or industry analysis experience
  • Excitement about the energy sector
