DoD SkillBridge Intern/Military Spouse Fellowship Care Management Support Assistant

Job Overview
The Care Management Support Assistant Intern will utilize HomeOps training and engage former skillsets acquired to provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Care Management Support Assistant Intern may perform a variety of activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.
Compensation
- Pay Range: $31,200 - $85,100 per year
Responsibilities
- Perform Health Risk Assessments with Humana members.
- Connect members with other departments to address unmet needs.
- Support HomeOps members and their families.
- Collaborate with licensed team members.
- Complete various administrative/operational/customer support assignments.
Requirements
- Transitioning Service Member eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge or Military Spouse eligible to participate in the Military Spouse Fellowship.
- Minimum 1 year call center/high volume call experience.
- Minimum 1 year administration support experience in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with care and well-being resources.
- Basic proficiency using Microsoft Office programs specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook.
