Job Overview

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, with global offices in Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo. As a Data Scientist Intern, you will join the TikTok Monetization Products data science team, working on various pillars such as Core Ads & Brand Innovation, Ecosystem, Ads Interfaces, Measurement & Vertical Solutions, Business Integrity, SMB Growth, PSO Analytics, and TTP Analytics & Ops. This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Compensation

Intern (hourly): $45 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand user interactions with ads products
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify trends, solve problems, and support product decisions
  • Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor product performance
  • Extract valuable insights from large data sets
  • Manage data resources and support product launches

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Able to commit to a 12-week internship during Summer 2024
  • Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
