Compensation

- $100,000 - $191,681 a year
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in Buying, Selling, and Renting properties (Rental are the Bread and Butter)
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices (Easy)
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in real estate law
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, lawyers, and home inspectors
- Perform administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
Requirements
- Valid real estate license in the state of employment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
