As a Realtor, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their real estate needs. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, ensuring that their transactions are completed smoothly. Compensation

  • Temporary | Part-time | Full-time | Contract | Internship
  • $100,000 - $191,681 a year

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in Buying, Selling, and Renting properties (Rental are the Bread and Butter)
  • Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices (Easy)
  • Create and maintain listings of available properties
  • Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in real estate law
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, lawyers, and home inspectors
  • Perform administrative tasks related to real estate transactions

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license in the state of employment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
