Uline is offering a paid Software Engineer Internship for the summer of 2024 at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. As a Software Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and work on custom software solutions to tackle real-world challenges. Join us and gain valuable skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Compensation
This is a full-time internship position.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a microservices-based architecture hosted on Kubernetes, with a focus on Spring Boot and Angular.
- Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams to address software issues.
- Research and implement new technologies and tools as needed.
- Ensure consistency in software development and delivery procedures through collaboration with development teams.
- Participate in code reviews and learn from experienced engineers.
Requirements
- This internship is open to junior-level students only.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or Computer Science with at least two semesters of programming experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
