Job Overview

The Security New Grad will support the CPSO and Security Manager in various aspects of Industrial Security. Responsibilities include understanding government regulations and contract security specifications, administering security programs and standard operating procedures, and providing security oversight during construction. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing environments, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide security administration and oversight to assigned programs
• Maintain working relationships with internal and external customers and government agencies
• Support the implementation of a security education, training, and awareness program
• Process incoming and outgoing classified visits, personnel access requests, and classified material transportation plans
• Learn and comply with company, customer, and government agency policies, procedures, and regulations
• Assist in providing security oversight during construction to ICD 705
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security, Homeland Defense, Information Security, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to adapt to changing environments, risks, and vulnerabilities
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Personnel Security Clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain any additional clearances as required
