Job Overview
Oak Street Health is a rapidly growing company that provides primary care centers for adults on Medicare in medically-underserved communities. We are seeking an MBA Intern to join our Strategy and Business Analytics team. In this role, you will help develop a deeper understanding of our business and contribute to our innovative and transformative approach to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities
- Quantify impact of investments across drivers to improve overall financial performance
- Help identify optimal investments and organizational priorities
- Provide analytical and process management support
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and assess strategic and operational initiatives
- Structure complex issues and develop recommendations for leadership
- Assist in preparation of executive-level presentations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program from a top tier institution
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in a highly-analytical fast-paced environment; early-stage company, management consulting, or investment banking experience a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Insatiable intellectual curiosity
- Comfort with big data and summarizing information
- Ownership mentality and a history of delivering results
- Humility, listening skills, and a willingness to take initiative
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Alteryx, VBA, Tableau, R, and/or other financial & analytical tools a plus
- Strong written communication skills including proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
- US work authorization
