Civil Engineer Intern - Land Development - Bentonville, AR

Job Overview

Halff is actively seeking an Intern for our Land Development team in our Bentonville, AR office.

Compensation

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer
  • Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Land Development projects
  • Perform drafting CAD work
  • Perform calculations and analysis to assigned projects
  • Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents
  • Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors, architects, and contractors
  • Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies

Requirements

  • Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid relationship and team building skills
  • Self-motivated and strong organization skills
